Karen Bussell, Owner/Operator
Karen (and her husband, Vincent Longobardi) started Needful Things Market in October 2013. Karen handles contracts, documents, special projects, staffing, pays the bills, and is a prime source of crazy (or brilliant?) ideas and Pirate Rules. When not wrestling with contacts, contracts, or numbers, she enjoys gardening and exploring the universes tucked between book pages. She is a rare sighting in the front of the store, but is always close at hand for anyone wanting to discuss problems, issues, or just crazy ideas!
Angela Bussell, Finance Manager
Angela is our register, systems and finance expert. As both a long-time vendor and front-office supervisor, her skills help improve everyone’s experience here at Needful Things Market. If it has to do with money she is the one to contact - as long as you aren’t trying to get her to give it away!
When Angela isn’t knee-deep in the day-to-day doings at Needful Things Market, she can be found paddling Oklahoma’s beautiful lakes in search of driftwood for her handmade wind chimes and lamps.
Aiphum Martin, Marketing Manager
Aiphum started as a Vendor here at Needful Things and is now one of the creative minds behind the Magic. Aiphum (I-fum) is the primary contact for NTM vendors as she is responsible for coordinating Booth Rentals, Sales, Marketing, Event Planning, and Social Media.
When not thinking up new projects to attract shoppers to our store, coordinating booth rentals, or planning the next big event, you can find her crafting, writing, or hiking.
Samuel Hildebrand, Senior Clerk / Purchasing / Inventory Control
Samuel is both a Senior Store Clerk and oversees Purchasing and Inventory Control for Needful Things Market. He provides excellent service to both customers and vendors. Samuel enjoys helping customers find their "Needful Thing" amongst our ever-changing treasures and assisting vendors with their items and booths. When not at work, he enjoys reading, art, paleontological pursuits and studies, mortuary sciences, and his silly cats.
Cindy Alumbaugh, Store Clerk
Cindy is not only the heart of the register counter, but a vendor here too at Needful Things. Always ready with a smile and has an insider's view of what it's like to be a vendor. She helps both customers and vendors alike with everything she does. You'll see her checking tags for vendors in the morning, or on the floor, fetching items from locked cases and high-up places.
