We offer booths of all shapes and sizes to meet whatever small business needs you’ve got! We encourage our vendors to be as creative as their hearts desire with their booths: want to change the paint color? Great! Want to fill your booth with decorative ivy? Go for it! Each of our spaces, once rented, become the vendor’s responsibility to decorate, clean, and stock, while our Needful Things Market staff manage the sales. We offer tags for purchase and have a vendor center available that’s stocked with everything a vendor might need.
Booths are rented on a month-to-month basis. In addition to space rental, vendors pay 10% commission on each sale, which covers credit card charges and advertising. Sales tax is paid by Needful Things Market, with 1099s available on request. We also provide online access to real-time sales for easy inventory tracking, and monthly statements detailing rent and inventory sold are provided at the beginning of every month.
